GPS clock-in and clock-out
Carers tap to clock in and out on their phone. The app records their GPS coordinates, timestamp and carer ID — creating an unambiguous record of every visit that happened and exactly how long it lasted.
Geofenced arrival alerts
Set a geofence around each client's address. If a carer clocks in from outside the approved area, your coordinator is alerted immediately. Stops remote clock-ins before they happen.
Missed visit real-time alerts
If a carer hasn't clocked in within a configurable window of the scheduled start time, your team is alerted automatically. You can act before the client is left without care.
Short visit detection
